A tattoo and photography journey into the future of never forgetting what humans are capable of....the new generation.
The photo sessions will take place in Los Angeles, New York City and Jerusalem In front of Holocaust and remembrance museums.
"202499 Never Again"
The last number tattooed on a human by a human at the Auschwitz death camps was 202499 (202,499).
"Who's Next?"
Those who forget.....
The tattooed number 202500 Never Forgets that it's the next human in line. 202500 remembers and stands with the humans numbered from 1 to 202499, and never forgets the millions and millions of humans that were slaughtered by the Nazis during the Shoa (Holocaust). 202500 Never Forgets.
One Number Remembers
The Auschwitz death camp themed '202500 Never Forget' tattoo is symbolic of and stands for remembering and never forgetting ALL past human atrocities.....and what humans should never do to other humans, including but not limited to the Armenian genocide, the Holocaust, the Cambodian genocide, the Rwandan genocide, and the Darfur genocide.
The number 202500 belongs to all of us, it is our number......all humans.
"Don't sleep on humans"
-Human.
The Auschwitz death camp tattoos were tattooed with blue or black ink, some of the ink eventually faded into a blue/gray/green mark. Using blue tattoo ink/pigment '202500 Never Forget' will be tattooed on each of the volunteering participant's left forearm as a powerful reminder of the past, present, and potential future of evil's DNA.
One color, one number, one tattoo.....
"202500 Never Forget" for all of us.
The haunting human flesh 'blueprint' tattoos will be photographed with the Holocaust buildings in the background to illustrate the tattoo and building's shared DNA. One blueprint's chromosome explains the other blueprint's existence.
